Cristal Pool — 2 × 2 m × 1.20 m with built-in bench

For gardens that aren't round. And for those who like to swim from end to end.

Rectangular rigid inflatable pool 2 × 2 m, 1.20 m deep — with a built-in submerged bench.

The rectangular shape isn't just about aesthetics. It's about space and use. It fits naturally into a tiled terrace, along a façade or in a long garden where a circle wouldn't sit. And for swimmers who want to go back and forth rather than round in circles, it's simply the shape that makes sense. Same high-pressure inflatable technology. Same complete pack. Same 1-year commercial warranty. Just a different shape.

Description

Cristal Pool — 2 × 2 m × 1.20 m with built-in bench

The Cristal is made for smaller patios and gardens that still want a real pool. Rectangular, compact, 2 × 2 metres on the ground — it fits where a round pool of the same size simply would not sit as naturally. The square format makes lengths, in-water exercise and full use of every centimetre easy.

The Cristal has a submerged bench built into one side. It is not a minor detail. It is the difference between a pool you swim laps in and a pool you stay in — where you sit in the water up to your shoulders, where children have a stable spot to play without touching the bottom, where drinks start in the water. The bench is built into the high-pressure inflatable structure, exactly like the walls: rigid, stable, no distortion under your weight.

The high-pressure inflatable technology guarantees strictly vertical walls the moment it is pressurised. No leaning edge, no rippling floor: the interior surface is usable from end to end. Inflates in under 30 minutes, packs away compactly, with no red tape.

Key features

  • Built-in submerged bench on one side: sit in the water to relax, keep an eye on the children or simply stay put — built into the high-pressure structure, as rigid as the walls

  • 1.20 m depth: real immersion for an adult, full bathing comfort
  • Rigid, vertical high-pressure walls: zero distortion, 100 % of the interior surface usable
  • No building work: sits on any flat surface, inflates in 30 minutes
  • No permit, no impact on your property tax — sets up and packs away with no paperwork

Frequently asked questions

Do I need planning permission or a declaration to the local council?
No, in the vast majority of cases. GIGI FRANCE pools are removable structures. In France, a pool with less than 10 m² of surface area requires no works declaration — standard GIGI FRANCE models are below this threshold. They also have no impact on your property tax. Rules vary by country and local regulations: check with your local council if you have any doubt.
What surface can the pool be installed on?
On any flat, stable surface: lawn, slab, wooden or tiled terrace, concrete. No specific concrete slab is required. Allow a space slightly larger than the pool's dimensions so you can move around and reach the filtration.
How long to set it up and be able to swim?
Inflation takes under 30 minutes with the electric pump supplied. Connecting the filtration unit takes a few more minutes. Filling with water — the part that takes time — depends on your model's volume and your tap pressure: allow several hours. Plan the setup the day before to swim the next morning.
Is the pool compatible with a heat pump?
Yes. GIGI FRANCE pools are compatible with standard heat pumps on the market. The pump connects as a bypass on the existing filtration circuit.
What happens in the event of a leak or technical problem?
Every GIGI FRANCE pool comes with a complete repair kit (patches and glue) so you can deal with any small puncture yourself. The 1-year manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects: replacement or refund, no argument. Our support team replies within 24 hours by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Can you sit on the edge of the pool?
Yes. High-pressure inflatable technology (15 PSI) makes the wall rigid enough to support the weight of a seated adult. It's one of the fundamental differences from a conventional inflatable, whose edges sag.
What is the difference between 1.20 m and 1.50 m depth?
At 1.20 m, children can stand on the bottom and adults can paddle and relax. It's the ideal depth for family leisure use. At 1.50 m, adults have water up to their shoulders standing — the real swimming depth, the one that lets you do laps, float on your back, feel like you're in a pool. Each model in our catalogue states its depth.
