Émeraude Pool — 3 × 2 m × 1.20 m with built-in bench
For gardens that aren't round. And for those who like to swim from end to end.
The largest rectangular pool in the range. 6 m² of bathing space, a submerged bench, no building work.
The rectangular shape isn't just about aesthetics. It's about space and use. It fits naturally into a tiled terrace, along a façade or in a long garden where a circle wouldn't sit. And for swimmers who want to go back and forth rather than round in circles, it's simply the shape that makes sense. Same high-pressure inflatable technology. Same complete pack. Same 1-year commercial warranty. Just a different shape.

Description
Émeraude Pool — 3 × 2 m × 1.20 m with built-in bench
The Émeraude is the family pool of the GIGI FRANCE range. Three metres long, two metres wide, 1.20 metres deep: 6 m² of real bathing space, so several people can share the water without getting in each other’s way. Long enough for a partial crawl, wide enough for children to play while the adults stay out of their path.
What changes everything compared with an ordinary rectangular pool: the built-in submerged bench that runs along one side. A space in its own right, stable and rigid — not a bolt-on optional seat, but a high-pressure inflatable structure built into the pool from the start. You sit in the water up to your shoulders. You watch the children from the water. You simply stay a while, unwinding in the cool. A bench is what turns a swimming pool into an outdoor living space.
The high-pressure rigidity keeps the walls vertical and the edges crisp along the whole length: every interior centimetre is usable, with no sagging edge or uneven floor. The Émeraude sets up in a few dozen minutes on a flat surface, packs into its carry bag out of season, and is subject to no building regulations and no property-tax impact.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need planning permission or a declaration to the local council?
- No, in the vast majority of cases. GIGI FRANCE pools are removable structures. In France, a pool with less than 10 m² of surface area requires no works declaration — standard GIGI FRANCE models are below this threshold. They also have no impact on your property tax. Rules vary by country and local regulations: check with your local council if you have any doubt.
- What surface can the pool be installed on?
- On any flat, stable surface: lawn, slab, wooden or tiled terrace, concrete. No specific concrete slab is required. Allow a space slightly larger than the pool's dimensions so you can move around and reach the filtration.
- How long to set it up and be able to swim?
- Inflation takes under 30 minutes with the electric pump supplied. Connecting the filtration unit takes a few more minutes. Filling with water — the part that takes time — depends on your model's volume and your tap pressure: allow several hours. Plan the setup the day before to swim the next morning.
- Is the pool compatible with a heat pump?
- Yes. GIGI FRANCE pools are compatible with standard heat pumps on the market. The pump connects as a bypass on the existing filtration circuit.
- What happens in the event of a leak or technical problem?
- Every GIGI FRANCE pool comes with a complete repair kit (patches and glue) so you can deal with any small puncture yourself. The 1-year manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects: replacement or refund, no argument. Our support team replies within 24 hours by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Can you sit on the edge of the pool?
- Yes. High-pressure inflatable technology (15 PSI) makes the wall rigid enough to support the weight of a seated adult. It's one of the fundamental differences from a conventional inflatable, whose edges sag.
- What is the difference between 1.20 m and 1.50 m depth?
- At 1.20 m, children can stand on the bottom and adults can paddle and relax. It's the ideal depth for family leisure use. At 1.50 m, adults have water up to their shoulders standing — the real swimming depth, the one that lets you do laps, float on your back, feel like you're in a pool. Each model in our catalogue states its depth.
